Great, super sweaty custom workouts don’t always or usually require high tech shiny equipment.
People, hear this…it is NOT necessary to only use fancy workout equipment to get results. Use what the good Lord gave you. Your very own body is a prime tool
to do some serious damage, to make some serious change. Resistance training using your body weight is no joke. Check out IS FITNESS TOO EXPENSIVE?
Then, look around and find a piece of stable furniture, a stone wall, a flat surface and park bench, a curb and get ready to rock your body weight.
Have at this little treat. Try three to five rounds doing 10-20 reps each movement. Sculpt lean muscle with plyometric resistance.
Begin with a 15 minute warm up. You can go for a walk or simply jog in place for 2 minutes. Another way to warm up the legs is with a heart pounding round of 20 prisoner squats.
Inch Worms – Walk your hands out to a push up position. Do a single push up and inch your feet up as close to your hands as possible and repeat the movement.
Butt kicks – kick your heels to your butt
Side squats – step out and squat down low
Hip THRUSTS. Lay back flat and elevate your feet on a couch or bed or chair and press your hips up to the sky. Squeezing your butt cheeks.
Full Sit ups – Cross your hands in front of your chest or place them behind your head and sit up!
Single leg hip thrusts – do thrusts but only do one leg at a time as a super set!
Finish with a 5-10 min cool down power walk and giant glass of water.
