What is being happy today? How to unlock your potential to be happy? There are different ways to be in a state of mind where balance and harmony mix together to create it. Happiness is unique and different for all of us but I think we have the ability to change our mindset and attitude to life gradually to identify and embrace being happy.
Happiness is being positive, learn every day to turn any situation/event into a positive one and to take advantage of it.
Happiness is being grateful for what you already have, express your joie de vivre, share it with your loved ones and friends.
Happiness is being perseverant, not taking no for an answer, dig deep to understand, learn from it and keep going no matter what.
Happiness is learning to be happy on your own and on your own terms. No boyfriend, hubby, partner just listen to your inner voice to satisfy your unmet needs. Just carve out some me time for yourself where you will create your own bubble of happiness. Take time to identify what is being happy for you, is it being loved, being successful or care for others? You only can respond to this question.
Happiness is letting your mind have a beautiful escape with meditation… and for you to be the spectator of your thoughts, see them, noting them and as a result able to let them go.
Happiness is being organized. Yes, to have the real sensation/ feeling to move forward every day towards your goals, planning to do what you love to spark this fire for life within you, to shine and ready to take on the day.
Happiness is being in the moment. Appreciate the silence of the night, the pleasure to see friends, to watch a movie with your partner, to have a drink with an old friend or just enjoy a quick shower.
Happiness is trying to be in touch with nature. Have a walk in a park, a run on the beach to feel the crisp air caressing your skin and be aware of the beauty of the environment around you.
Happiness is flow. Creative, physical, intellectual, spiritual you need to be receptive to it. This is your mind and body interacting with each other and you need to learn from it. Give them the opportunity to express their needs. Physical flow: move your body every day, dancing, running, jumping to your heart content!
Creative flow: drawing, painting, writing, designing, knitting, singing
Intellectual flow: learning, speak your mind, challenging the status quo, embrace change.
Spiritual flow: nourish your faith, your belief in you and others, destroy meticulously negative thoughts, fear, anxiety, and preconceptions every day.
