Let’s be honest – social pressure, as well as stress, chase us tirelessly in our daily routine. They ruin our emotional condition and interfere with our conduct.They also distract us from our real purpose.Not to mention their effect is essentially detrimental to our health and well-being.
How do you reduce these negative feelings?
First, you have to realize they are FAKE.When you think about it pressure is unreal, it only exists on the problematic side of our mind. You were born free! However, the beliefs and expectations imposed on you by your society are the foundations of stress. What I mean is that we set goals and even dreams which are not entirely ours – they are implemented by our community.
It’s not easy dealing with this problem.You have to go a long way into discovering yourself, your passions and your actual path.Then the hardest part is to BELIEVE IN YOURSELF! Don’t be afraid, listen to yourself and just do it!And remember that in life the greatest people are not the ones who escape from difficulties but the ones who face them!
All my life I have stressed about bullshit – School, teachers, grades, competitions, being cool in the face of others, knowing everything and pleasing everyone! And right now I realize it’s all fake! I focus on protecting my values, following my path and believing in myself! I advise you to do the same – it can change your life completely!
