Misinformation

It was a long time ago when people looked for Public Libraries and not Computer Shops to search on what they want to know in this world especially students who are now being modernized by the developments of our technologies. When students have assignments to do, they have to go to their school libraries to search for the answers but now they can wait till night and go to computer shops and once they were fitted in just one click they can search from the Google the answers to it. Lucky are those who have their own computers and laptops at home or at least cell phones which can work on data or WiFi, no need to walk from home because they can get what they need.

We do not depend hundred percent on newspaper to be delivered daily by the Mailman and later on be thrown in the trash can to know the updates and latest news in the world because now the Internet provides the latest and even the trending updates that are happening in the Universe, even gossips and showbiz news are in there so why bother paying for the newspaper? It will just expire on the next day.

But sometimes, I mean most of the times some of us are not aware of the negative effects of this things to us. We forgot to work hard on our own, it is just very easy to copy an article from the Internet and paste it and then print and produce copies of it. We can even answer the essay questions in our assignments by just copying from others sites and replacing some of the words used by the original authors but are we sure that what we have copied are true and realistic? It is easy for us to spread and create news which is just based on what we believe and with that, we can bring people or persons to shame and make his/her life miserable just because we hate them. We cannot determine what is really the meaning of the words we want to know because even on the internet it can be edit by people. If we make this thing get worse, we are leading other people to misinformation or otherwise, people who are creating these will lead you to misinformation. It is not prohibited to look in the net but it is not normal to always depend on it. We should have little time to stretch our legs, widen our eyes and exercise our brains in reading books.

We continue to modernized but we should always look back.

Sure thing, there’s nothing so good as to read a good paper book. Young people must realize that technology need a backup, and this hard covers are that. 😉

    Great Read!

I think it is a shame that the massive amounts of information on the internet is not used to change our opinions of topics. But instead, we decide to find singular articles that conform with our way of thinking. Therefore allowing ourselves to be disillusioned with reality and the potential views that differ with our own tend to be viewed as incredibly wrong.

Anyway, let’s try to expand our horizon just a little bit more and open our eye just a bit wider.
