Mending What is Broken

Why is it that the world today is so bitter when it comes to fixing what has been broken? Recently, I’d gone through something that I never thought I would come back from, with my significant other. Our marriage was very rocky and I couldn’t tell what was happening. All I could think was that maybe it happened for a reason.

I know there were some things that I were slacking on, that made my marriage falter. A lot of marriages lose to miscommunication and boundaries. So I had to think really hard, that if I was going to work through this marriage with my husband, it had to be because I wanted to help mend the things that were hurting us both.

You can’t always listen to what everyone says, when they tell you how to love and live your life. You’ve have to have your own idea of what you want and how you want to be loved. I took advice from all of the people who didn’t benefit my marriage, and now I don’t take a dime of advice from them any longer.

If you can agree and talk on terms of figuring out what needs to be done -everything will get better. Can’t nobody make you lose out on love, unless you allow them too. If you’re currently in a situation, I encourage you to fix what has been broken and trust that God will make everything reachable!

That is so heart warming and true. Never allow pride or attitude come in the way of fixing things with your partner. People can mislead you, so never go looking for answers from them, you must go directly to your partner as they are the one that you in this journey with. Thanks once again for the advice.
