WHERE TO FIND HAPPINESS (2 min read)

Most people consider happiness a complex, elusive and unreachable goal. In our relentless pursuit of happiness, we are no way prepared as it is happening to us every moment. More often we sought it in the wrong places.  I came across the book “With GOD All Things Are Possible” and here is what I found out:

There is nothing better than going on a day out with your friends or if its a lads or ladies day out, having a bit to drink, and just having a lot of fun.

I recently went to Royal Ascot, so my first bet would be to go to the races, even if you aren’t over 18, you can just get your friends together and have a great day watching some racing and indulge in the other festive things that would be on offer. It’s a chance to get your fancy clothes out and chill. If you are over 18, even if you don’t know anything about racing, you can but some small bets on and just hope for the best. Win or lose, you will have a great day out.

Something I’ve noticed a lot in the people around me is that they always want more. No one can just be happy with what they have, and I get it, it’s good to always move forward. But is it good to always forget the blessings we’ve been surrounded with?

Healing by Josephine Green

This book is beyond the normal health books you read. It entails subject matters such as meditation, the power of the prayer, fasting and energy healing such as Reiki. I was truly impressed with the content provided in this book.

Every chapter teaches you how to work on healing your body, mind, and soul with various methods that do not require any financial loss. Whether you are struggling at work, in your family or have been enduring significant hardship, this book can help you work on yourself. It is a true self-help book that everyone needs to read at least once in their life.

The literary standard was in good standing, and the layout of the work had an easy flow, making it easy to understand. The book is great for anybody to have.

Mediumship by Tabitha Zalot

This book is about people that have the ability to act as a medium between the life and dead. Having Psychic ability or what is now known as Mediumship has been going on for many years. It discusses spiritualists, mental and physical Mediumship, how it works and much more.

I personally have always struggled to understand how a person could have the power of being able to connect or communicate with other world dimension and although, I remained skeptic about the whole ordeal, I found the book to be fun and enjoyable to read. Whether you wish to believe it or not, the content of this book does provide you with more information on the myths and the supernatural. It gives a more realistic and authentic look on what psychics do and are about.

I recommend this book to anyone that is looking for a better understanding of the topic.

Live Your Life to the Fullest! Here’s How! (2 min read)

1. Follow what your heart says.

Always follow what your heart says no matter what everyone else is saying. Way too often too many people are caught up doing what everyone else is doing and then tend to forget about who they are. Be careful about what you do and why you do something because you can often lose yourself in the process. Listen to what your heart says for once because your brain can often set you up in a trap.

You need to get a grip. You can start by taking it one step at a time. If things in your life seem overwhelming, take small steps toward making your life more manageable.

Understand and trust yourself. Know who you are and what you are capable of. There will be hurdles and there will be ways to resolve. The path you have chosen has a purpose, whether good or bad. Be happy if you chose the right path. Be determined to resolve if you chose the wrong path.

Searching for Happiness? Know your Heart.

“Devote yourself to what gives you meaning.”- Morrie Swartz

I have a question for you today. Do you love what you do now?

If your answer is Yes, that is great! I am happy for you!

But if your answer is NO, then why do you do it? For whatever reasons you may have, I want you to consider deeply if it is worth sacrificing your chance to live a happier life.

I believe that God has bestowed upon each one of us talents and abilities. It is our duty to unlock, develop and utilize them. If we love something and we have the talent and the ability to do it, then we owe it to ourselves to pursue it. If we are scared to move out of our comfort zones, then we are compromising our chance to truly live a joyful life.

We only have one life. I think that the best way to live it is by doing the things that give us fulfillment, purpose, and satisfaction.

I like how Barbara Sheer put it: “Happy people have two things in common. They know exactly what they want and they feel they’re moving toward getting it. That’s what makes life feel good: when it has direction, when you are heading straight for what you love.”

In decision-making, it is not always wise to think logically. Sometimes, in order to live a happier life, we must learn to listen to what our hearts say. Remember: Where your heart is, that’s where your treasure would be!  If you don’t trust me, I’m sure the internet could provide you a list of inspiring people who followed their passions and found amazing success!:)

Dating after the damage of sheer and almost unbearable heartbreak.

We all know the type of person- much like a tornado that falls from the bluest of skies and unsuspectingly sucks you in, only to spit you out broken and emotionally battered and bruised. Hell, until eight years ago, when I met my karmic payback, I WAS the metaphorical tornado. So, of all people, I understand that this type of person preys on the unsuspecting. Of course, I didn’t prey on the weaker links, I am just afflicted with whatever causes extreme boredom, and then nausea. Either way, when I felt the devastation I had been unintentionally doling out, one thing is for sure- a dose of my own medicine is a bitter pill to swallow. But why confess my evil doings? Because it deems me the consummate authority on this topic.

“There were two ways to be happy: Improve your reality or lower your expectations.” – Jodi Picoult

Many people are so unhappy because their perception of Happiness is that it is something big. It is so big that they need to really work hard for it in order to achieve it. For instance, they believe that they will be happy if they get promoted on their jobs, if they will have more money, if they become more famous or successful, etc.
