Studies have suggested that crying stimulates the production of endorphins, which helps in “feeling good.”

Tears kills bacteria, because they contain lysozyme whic can kill 90-95 percent bacterias in just few minutes.

3. Uplift your mood.

Crying gives your body to gain its balance and thus it results in uplifting your mood.

4. Stress release.

Tears helps to release stress by removing hormones that are responsible for it.

5. Clear vision.

Tears wash away the dust and result in clearing your vision!
