I love quotations because it is a joy to find thoughts one might have, beautifully expressed with much authority by someone recognized wiser than oneself, wonderfully said by Marlene Dietrich

Nature works better than people with different nature, hold on to it!

It’s not just because of the joy to find thoughts one might have, it’s because that feeling when you read a quote and you can so relate it to your life is just beyond price! It’s a kind of relief to know you are not the only person going through bad things. Positive quotes bring back hopes in life. Following such three quotes in your everyday life would change your life.

  • “Calm mind brings inner strength and self-confidence, so that’s very important for good health” -Dalai Lama

Keep you mornings simple and calm. Wake up to a nice view outside your window or a nice landscape hung on the wall, not to your phone or any social media. Start your day with this one thought in your mind, you are the best and you will make the best use of your day. Remember, you are no less than others, you can do it and you will!

  • “Stay positive and happy. Work hard and don’t give up hope. Be open to criticism and keep learning. Surround yourself with happy, warm and genuine people” – wonderfully said by Tena Desae

Yes, let your day be filled only with optimism and never forget everything happens for a reason,  i personally believe in this with my own experiences which i can share in my later blogs. When you are taking a step and about to do something you have to be ready to take critics, but make sure they don’t bring you down, they should just help you grow instead. You are ripened enough to decide who is good to you and who is not, decide wisely and stay away from people you don’t get along with. Just smile and make others smile, that makes everything go simple.

  • Learn to let go. That is the key to happiness.” -Buddha, who achieved purity and perfection of his mind on his own strength

Before drifting off to sleep, just dig out all the negative thoughts that would ruin your sleep. Just let them go and have a good night sleep, beautiful tomorrow is awaiting for you.

Until next time…. <3

Indeed a calm mind always not only bring and keep inner piece but most of the time gives you strength to fight situations.
An angry head may leads to the wrong direction or mess up the situation.
