Ever thought you can’t anymore?
Everything is too much for you?

You wake up feeling that this day is going to last forever and 10 minutes seem to go by as 10 hours.

Then its time to figure out what the matter is.

Go for a walk and clear your mind. This may be sounding cliche but it is helping to get your thoughts together. After you figured out – get a sheet of paper and write down the things that are the matter.
Pin the paper on the mirror where you are getting your make up done or just brush your teeth. Its just for you to keep in mind what is bothering you.
Read it out Loud – Finishing each Point with a louder „I can do it – My name is {…} and my goal is to {insert a wish of yourself}“!

Yes, it does sound weird, awkward and you feel like not going to do it, but you should try it out. Start your day with a good thought and keep yourself focused on your dreams, how could anyone that doesn’t know you well put some trust in you, if you even don’t!

We Germans have a saying for this: „Don’t make yourself shorter than you are!
Keep that focused and keep thinking positive!
