1. Get Out Of Your Comfort Zone More Often Than You Should.
I know it’s hard bla bla bla.. Actually it’s not that hard, you just have to do it. Take that extra step and you will see how much better you feel. Take that baby step and work your way up.
2. Do What You Want More Often Than You Should. (Say What You Want)
How can you build up your confidence by doing what others want? To constantly do what others want is sick and wrong. Be your own Boss and do the things you love. You deserve it.
3. Every Night Before Bed..
Write down the best 3 experiences you had that day. This trains you to focus more on the positive. The more your focus is on the positive, the more confident you will be.

This is great! I love #1. It is so tempting to say in our comfortable little bubbles, but I’ve noticed that sometimes getting away from the very thing that makes me comfortable makes me happy and confident!
Yep, it’s the way it is 😉
I love this. Thank you for sharing!!!
LOVE THIS. Period. Since I struggle with confidence due to having autism, I ALWAYS try to find ways to make sure that it spikes up! I read this article and it looks like I’ve forgotten a concept which is to write down the three positive things that happened every night! Hopefully people find this article interesting! I’m sharing this!
Great Post,
One thing which I use to Instant Boost my Confidence is Listening to my Favorite Music. It really works for me when i feel low in confidence. The best part is, it also keeps you Happy and Tense free. In my opinion you must give a try to this.
Have A great day.
Confidence is All in the mind. You have to be daring. When we stop obsessing over people’s opinions than we start to live in the centre of our boldness.
Really good tips!

This is really good advice. I can definitely relate to the stepping out of your comfort zone factor as this is something I try to incorporate into my life daily! Thanks for sharing!
Quick and to the point. I like it! I recently wrote about how to grip the confidence you need when it seems to be lost. http://www.ajourneyofprogress.com/2016/10/31/attractive-thing-can-wear/

This is so true. I’m a Beauty Consultant and just did my first Facebook LIVE about a week ago. I was so scared, and since I’m a socially anxious person, I was on the verge of an anxiety attack. But I loved it and it was SO worth stepping out of that comfort zone.

Good write up..just be fearless but this fearlessness will come only when your sincere efforts are backed by a stable mind & streamlined thoughts both of which can be sustained permanently only through Meditation !
