There are often times people want to have their blog known to the public because of either their talents, dreams, abilities, or all three. Some want to get exposure. Others want to make a living from their blog.

But the problem is that they can’t seem to get all the attention they want. They’ve tried everything. From paying for boosts to using many plugins for their sites, their blog is still not getting known. Why is that?

It’s because they’re not blogging enough. It sounds simple yet it’s a very ambitious process because in order to have a successful blog, they MUST be committed to keep on posting.

The one secret to a successful blog is to keep going. When someone keeps going with a blog, they tend to get more attention because of how frequently they are posting. Compare someone who blogs all the time and someone who only posts a couple of things every two months. Who is going to be more successful? Obviously the person that posts all the time.

If someone were to give another person advice on how to keep going with a blog, the answer is simple.

Stay committed. Even though it may take years in order to build up an audience, it will be well worth it after making all those hundreds perhaps thousands of posts over the years.

Now that the secret has been revealed, it’s time to put it in action. Are you up for it to make a successful blog?

  1. That is the exact thing to sucess. But, anyway, I can see when it’s hard to post twice a week, because I can’t come up with something interesting twice a week. Maybe once a week, if I don’t get stuck behind loads of works.
Blogging has this: no one said it’s a piece of cake. But I do bet it’s worth it.

    1. Yeah! The only way to have all the attention you want for a blog happens to be to keep going! Without that crucial skill, the attention you would want will come at an extremely rare chance!

  2. This is just what I needed to hear today. I’ve been creating blogs since 2012 but I have not been consistent for the life of me. However, I want this blog to be different for once. I want to keep going!

    God bless ~

    1. Thanks for the comment! I’ve been trying to blog to but can’t seem to because of many numerous reasons. But no matter what happens my advice is to keep going!

    1. Thanks for the comment! I’ve recently gotten OVER 500 LIKES on The Millionaire’s Digest as of today! Looks like I REALLY SHOULD keep going with not only my blog but to inspire others as well because of this. But anyways thanks and keep blogging!

  3. It is so clear that consistency is the key to succeeding all stuff we want . The motto can be like this : keep doing until it becomes a habit ! Thanks for remind ing this simple rule and sharing ! ? Best,

  4. completely true and I was kind of disappointed for once being super inactive and started to lose the attention of my audience

  5. Great read!

I just reached my subscriber goal a couple months back (newbie here!) and felt quite encouraged by this, but suddenly hit a summer slump. I felt a wave of depression hit me, and even an urge to put my blog on hiatus for a while after seeing the decrease in traffic. (Seeing as how it’s only been a week since this slump, I’m obviously a bit impulsive.)

This post, however, has reminded me once again that the secret to successful blogging and getting my voice out there is using it!

Thank you for the helpful advice 🙂

  6. Yes. Absolutely right. In my own opinion, many bloggers don’t post regularly because they are been careful with the quality of content. It is better to post something reasonable once in a while than to keep up the vain posts. That’s why I think that planning posts ahead and setting targets for postings cannot be over-emphasized. Thank you for sharing.
