First, it’s important to understand what it takes to be a top-notch blogger. Here are four ways to do it:
1. Commit to creating quality content.
Bloggers who spend more time writing content are more likely to value quality content, as opposed to how much content they produce. They’re also entitled to positioning themselves as an expert voice which can increase the chances of their content getting shared. Don’t believe us…? Take a look at how many times our content has been shared.

2. Spend more time in the research and editing processes.
Investing time in researching a piece can make a huge difference in the quality of a blog post. The more statistics and facts you can include in your blog posts, the more value you’ll add to their writing. We also suggest that writers should also focus more on the editing process.
3. Maintain an ongoing list of content ideas.
One of the biggest challenges for bloggers is generating new ideas that are timely and relevant for their audience. A great way to keep ideas fresh is to look for ideas everywhere. Research different news outlets and blogs, pay attention to online conversations, and take lessons from real-life experiences to generate fresh content ideas. As the author of The Millionaire’s Digest, I grant all my Readers permission to write their blog posts off mine just as long as they ask first!
4. Use an editorial calendar.
There are a variety of tools you can use to create your editorial calendars. For example, Google Drive and CoSchedule are excellent platforms for streamlining content creation and making sure content gets published and promoted at the right time. Using an editorial calendar can improve your consistency and also create better content for your blog!

The calendar is great. I spend one day a week working on blog posts and then I schedule them. Then I don’t have to remember to post every day.

If anyone can check my blog out and tell me what they think I’m doing wrong or what I’m not doing at all. That would be really helpful.
Thank you
This is one of the most informational blogs I’ve encountered. Keep it up!
thanks for sharing…informative
Thanks! As a new blogger I’ve found keeping an ongoing list of ideas really helps keep me organized.
I will try that
Regarding your first point, I do find myself procrastinating a lot because I want my posts to be as good as they possibly can. Maybe trial and error isn’t such a bad idea if it means you are being persistent and putting an effort in? Either way, thanks for this, it’s always helpful to have advice from someone who actually knows what they’re doing!
This is really helpful for an aspiring blogger as I am still finding my feet
Thank you for sharing! As a brand spanking new blogger, this will be very useful!
[ Smiles ] Splendid suggestions.
Hmm. I need to consider creating an editorial calendar for my blog!
Thanks! I’m brand new to this, so all advice helps!
These are all great ideas. I actually keep a list that slowly builds through out the week. Then when I have a day off from work I draft my content for the week.
thnx for sharing….editorial calendar idea is new for me……..Please suggest me how can I improve my writing in the aspects of content, idea and story teling.
Very well written.. A well-rounded article. It will certainly help new beginners. Also, it would be a good idea to cover techniques to create fresh content too? I have written about it recently.. But would love to hear a new perspective.
Thanks so much!
Thanks, I really appreciate and gained enough here…
simple and very helpful!
Thanks
Thank you.
Good tips, thanks for sharing. I have just started a poetry blog here on WordPress in case you have time to look? Have a nice afternoon, Sam 🙂
These are great suggestions that I will use to gain more followers. As bloggers, we should never post quickly just to publish, but work to write quality posts that will interest others. Its the domino effect, once you get one, then they start rolling in!
Grate and very helpful articles you share.
Valid points….I practise the 3rd point so well…it’s almost reflex you write topic ideas…thank you for sharing
Very helpful thank you!
Great post?
Thank you for sharing. Good Read!
love the tips
Writing original content that is unique is probably the hardest thing to do. Thanks for the tips.
Very helpful! Learnt a lot from this one!
Thanks
Really helpful
Great post! I agree with #3. I have a list of over 50 topics and each time I post, i add another idea to my list.
This was super helpful!!
This post was super helpful!
Extremely helpful information. Thank you so much for this article. I am consistently trying to improve my blog and this has been a great guide.
Number three is something I make sure to do. Whenever an idea pops in my head, I write it down immediately so I don’t forget it later on- it sometimes comes in handy, especially because most of my ideas relate to each other which proves helpful for elaboration on a certain theme or concept. It also makes me feel good to see all my ideas out on paper, because I know what I have to work with.
Thanks for sharing! Couldn’t agree more. 🙂
xoxo
