Patience is another word for peace of mind. Letting go does not mean you’re going to blindly excuse the behaviour of others, practice patience with Headspace, the meditation app, is the opportunity to note clearly when it’s time to let go or stand up for yourself.

It is also to learn that patience is a flexible concept. Don’t ever  think that being patient should be practised, must be done in a certain manner, it will ultimately create a conflict between your idea of patience and the real practise of patience through meditation.

Life is a fantastic opportunity to embrace each situation and develop your patience with meditation. There are a plethora of circumstances where your patience will be tested and THIS IS IT. The moment to note with clarity what’s going on and to decide : to let go or act.

Since I started this package entitled Patience in the relationships section, the benefit of it has been invaluable because I am able to step back and note with clarity the roots of my impatience created by my thoughts arising in my mind. Developing your patience is a constant exercise and the goodness of it are incredible for your relationships.

Because you are zen, you are more aware and able to diffuse smartly conflicting situations, more open to understand, be compassionate with others and listen to them. It is brilliant but most importantly it is truly a tool for life to live in the moment and live in harmony with others.

  1. I am so impatient, aha! If I’m walking down the street and someone’s slowly walking in front of me it’s a nightmare, but I’ve been wondering what is the rush? I feel like I’m constantly in a state of anxiety even when I don’t need to be, I need to work on slowing down and enjoying what’s around me. I have the beginner Headspace app but haven’t invested in the full program yet, is it worth it?

    1. It’s really worth it, it really helped me gradually to learn being patient with myself and others, to understand the roots of my frustration and to be the master of my life i.e either to let it go or act. The benefits of Headspace are invaluable, it’s really a brilliant app to increase your awareness and disconnect from our frenetic world.

  2. Since we are talking about patience, Meditation talk therefore becomes a must.

    Most of the people want to do Meditation but they don’t know how & from where to start.

        I surfed through your blog and enjoyed the posts in English. You are philosophic. I like Yoga, but not quite a practitioner.
