Want to unwind after a long day of work? Then try these 4 methods:

1. Listen to music: It is scientifically proven that listening to relaxing music can help destress a person. There are plenty of music on relaxation on the internet to choose from. Choose one with suits your taste, lie down on your bed and relax!

2. Take a hot bath: A hot relaxing LUSH bath is something we all look forward to. It relaxes your nerves and helps you to unwind. Just get into your bathtub filled with warm water, close your eyes and enjoy the warmness seeping into your body!

3. Meditate: No one can deny the power of meditation. You don’t have to spend hours and hours meditating, a quick 10-15 min session will also do.

4. Talk to your best friend: Or gf/bf or anyone who loves you and makes you happy. Having a good hearty conversation with someone we love automatically make us cheerful and relaxed. Also, we are able to catch up with what’s going on in their lives, a win-win situation for everyone!

  1. I already do all of these things but recently I’ve learned that writing or sketching something (if you’re into that) helps unwind too🙃 for me atleast. Good read.
